All about Elixir wine

Wine is an alcoholic beverage made from fermented Amla or other fruits. The natural chemical balance of Amla lets them ferment without the addition of sugars, acids, enzymes, water, or other nutrients.

The well-known variations result from the very complex interactions between the biochemical development of the fruit, reactions involved in fermentation, terroir and subsequent appellation, along with human intervention in the overall process.

Our Wineyard

Our penchant towards Agriculture drove them to procure the land of acres 150 at Vayalpadu Village in Chittoor district and developed a gooseberry farm on the entire land along with a cow dairy farm, comprising of nearly 100 milking cows.

The gooseberries grown in this farm are organic in nature. The cow dung and cow urine is used as compost in the farm to nourish the gooseberries plants. They also purchased land admeasuring Acres 60 in Nalgonda district and developed a gooseberry farm and maintain by organic.

Taking up from there from 2009, with the help of several senior scientists the brothers started researching in Amla in IICT, Hyderabad. After their tremendous hard work, rigorous research, experiments and dedication for about two years, they successfully came out with Amla wine without using any synthetic material or rectified spirit.
