While being in Real Estate business, their penchant towards Agriculture drove them to procure the land of acres 150 at Vayalpadu Village in Chittoor district and developed a gooseberry farm on the entire land along with a cow dairy farm, comprising of nearly 100 milking cows. The gooseberries grown in this farm are organic in nature.

The cow dung and cow urine is used as compost in the farm to nourish the gooseberries plants. They also purchased land admeasuring Acres 60 in Nalgonda district and developed a gooseberry farm there also. The net yield of gooseberry fruits form both the farms is more than 700 tonnes per annum.
